 WHAT DO WE TAKE?

FOR ALL DONATIONS PLEASE CALL AHEAD
We accept ANY and ALL BOOKS in ANY CONDITION
- Textbooks, Encyclopedias, dictionaries
- Novels, paperbacks, children's, non-fiction
- Big Books, books on tape
- National Geographic magazine is the ONLY magazine we accept!  

We will recycle old and damaged books for you!

Please Note:

  • When packing your books, please box like books together and label the box.
  • Call ahead for large loads.
  • We do not have the resources to pick up books.
  • Check our Hours and Location - the hours change during summer and school holidays.

SCARCE is a 501(c)(3) and donations to SCARCE are tax deductable. Ask for a tax receipt when dropping off books or items at Tools for Schools.
